How many jobs can you handle at one time?
We quite often are working on 40 plus jobs at any time and have had over a hundred jobs on the go in busy times. If we are too busy to take on new work, we will not compromise service and will inform you of that.
Can you obtain ICC flooring quotes?
We have been providing ICC quotes for many years. When requested, we include them with our quotes.
How many insurance companies use your services?
Over our 20 years of existence, we have done work for nearly all P & C insurers in the Greater Vancouver area. We are unaware of any insurance companies that refuse to use us, however several have preferred vendor’s listings and we are slowly working our way onto those lists.
What size of losses can you handle?
When it comes to water damage, we have handled varying claim sizes. It should be noted that it is not so much the size of the loss, but the contents involved in the restoration that limit our scope of services.
In 2009, our largest water damage drying job involved over 80 pieces of drying equipment, with 9 suites involved. All suites were vacant at the time, however. In regards to fire damage, much of the same logic applies. If the contents are minor or can be left on-site, we are comfortable handling many household and condo fires.
