Hydro – “X” Xtreme Xtractor and In Place Drying

In our opinion, the Hydro- “X” Xtreme Xtractor is the best water extraction tool on the market. Using extreme suction and compression the Hydro-X effectively and efficiently extracts moisture from carpet and underpad.

Moisture Testing

We strongly believe in using the most advanced and effective moisture meters for finding what we have to dry. On nearly all water damage situations, we label and track the drying process.

Meters we use on a regular basis can test the following:

  • Building materials to a depth of 4″ without putting holes in the surface
  • Concrete slabs for stability and whether they’ve dried out sufficiently to accept new flooring
  • Behind crown mouldings without removing the moulding
  • Behind vinyl wallpapers, ceramic tiles, and sheet vinyl flooring

Air Movers and Dehumidifiers

Equipped with the latest air mover and dehumidifier technology, we are always prepared to handle small to large jobs.
